Transfer Pricing Senior Manager/Manager Position
Wright Economics is recruiting a Senior Manager/Manager for our Denver office. The position requires experience in Transfer Pricing or related International Tax fields, knowledge of the Section 482 regulations and the OECD transfer pricing guidelines, and a command of a broad range of research and quantitative skills. Transfer pricing experience at the Manager or Senior Associate level would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of approximately 4 to 6 analysts and associates;
- Performing extensive quantitative analyses of economic and financial data;
- Performing qualitative analyses for our clients based on analyst reports, client documents, interviews, and industry trade press;
- Communication with clients regarding the development of projects and our findings;
- The production and development of expert reports, presentations of our findings, and transfer pricing reports for tax authorities around the world; and
- Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our analyses.
Qualifications:
Candidates should hold a graduate degree in economics or finance, an MBA, JD, or advanced accounting degree. Transfer pricing experience in a law firm, accounting firm and/or corporate tax department is highly desirable and preferred. Applicants should also have strong quantitative and analytic, presentation, and communication skills.
