She assists clients with planning as well as audit issues and has experience dealing with many of the world’s tax authorities. Her transfer pricing experience encompasses a broad range of industries, including computer hardware and software, food products, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, electronics, and the services industries.

Mr. Keates has significant experience in conducting transfer pricing studies and related consulting assignments in various industries. His transfer pricing experience covers industries including chemicals, furniture, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, toys and games, heavy equipment, building and construction materials, paper, printing, packaging, automotive components, apparel, and aluminum. His transfer pricing expertise includes functional and comparable analysis, analysis of intangible property value and royalty rates, determination of appropriate commission and service fees, and the use of economic modeling to handle complex pricing issues.
